Especially you need to have hair bleaching agent, gloves, towels, timer, hair toner, paper bandage tape, light blue hair dye, plasctic shower cap, white vinegar and don’t forget deep hair conditioner.

After you have prepare all, starting by washing your hair. Wash it to be very clean and don’t put any conditioner while washing. Then dry your hair with towel until leaving fairly wet. Next, mix the hair bleaching agent like what the instruction at the bleaching box. Put it on your fairly wet hair as directed. It’s better you have ask your friend to help you put it on your back hair. Don’t forget to set timer so that you can know what time that you must wash it. After that, wash again your hair without any conditioner and tower it dry. For the next step you need to wait minimum 24 hours after bleaching because your hair need to recover from bleaching first.

The second thing you need to do for light blue hair dye is toning. Toning the hair to white isn’t needed, but it is a good idea if your hair is very yellow after bleaching. Same like bleaching, the first thing you need to know is understanding all the instruction from the toning medicine. First of all wet your hair and dry it to half wet. Apply the toning to your hair evenly. Set timer like what the instruction is. Then rinse the toner from your hair. You should be left with almost white hair. Last step is just let it dry by towel or hairdryer. For another step you also need to waid until 24 hours.

The last from all is dyeing. This is the main point from light blue hair dye. First mix it first then don’t forget to cover your ears with paper bandage to avoid it staning. Next is apply it to your hair. After that just cover your hair with shower cap to avoid staining clothing or furniture. Before wash your hair , put vinegar spy dye to set the color permanently. Then wash it cleanly.

In this step you can apply deep conditioner for about 10 minutes and then wash until the water runs clear. After finish all, just make don’t do any styling until 24 hours to get nice result.
